These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Renate Cosmetics Influencer Program (“Program”) operated by Renate Cosmetics (“Renate Cosmetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to become an influencer of Renate Cosmetics and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
You must have an active and engaged audience on social media platforms, blogs, or other online channels where you intend to promote Renate Cosmetics products.

Application and Approval

To apply for the Program, you must complete the online application form provided on our website.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications that we deem inappropriate or not aligned with our brand values.

Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon approval into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link that tracks referrals and sales.
You agree to promote Renate Cosmetics products in a truthful and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics to promote our products.

Commission and Payment

You will earn a commission of 10 percent on each eligible sale referred by your affiliate link.

Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Payments will be made monthly via an agreed-upon payment method. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Brand Guidelines

You agree to comply with Renate Cosmetics’ brand guidelines and use approved promotional materials provided by us. You may not alter or modify any Renate Cosmetics logos, images, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions earned but not yet paid.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms for any changes.

Limitation of Liability

Renate Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
